Air or Water Filled?

Arcon AquaPro offers air-filled and water-filled type Rubber Dams. Each system type has its own inherent advantages and can be selected according to the client’s operational requirements, overall cost effectiveness, site and river conditions.

Almost all Rubber Dams supplied today are of the air-filled type, except for those installed in rivers and canals used for navigation control. They are more commonly water-filled because of their low deflation speed, thus reducing the risk of boats from grounding in case of damage.
